fear engine well be a close source program and well not things like


1 if the user wants to used it for commercial if you do want it to sell game you need a permission from me of what you well be adding

2 if someone trying to sue you because of copyright game mechanics or patent game mechanics we well not this from our terms of service

3 if someone trying to leak your project and it did leak fear engine version you have rights to sue now and i well sue if that as well
