Super Forms are a thing!
Well, they’ve been a thing, but not in this game until now.
Eventually they’ll have flashy effects when transforming
but yes they actually have that glow effect.
In order to unlock them, you’ll need find a total of 15 Chao hidden throughout the stages, they’ll appear in the hubworld, there’s 5 per act in Sunset Island, once you collect one, they’ll appear in the Hub by their respective Act Ring,
