Feedback on the feedback

Have you ever tried so hard to create something and then eagerly anticipated showing it off to all your friends, family or even strangers? I must admit, it is a good feeling. Spending hours, days, weeks, months or even years on something in secret. Spending introverted nights alone or with just a few people grinding on a project. It’s rewarding and enjoyable in it’s own unique way. And even better when other people are genuinely impressed at your hard work, talent and creativity. While at the same time, the incredible sense of “wow, I really failed” when someone brushes it off as “could be better”. Its not easy to see that kind of reaction if I’m honest, and I’m sure many other devs can relate. Sometimes it hurts so bad because its true, while other times I’m sure people are being hyper-critical. But overall, I’m thankful for all of the criticism, the good the bad and the ugly, so long as it is constructive. I’ve learned to take the hard criticism with a grain of salt and a smile on my face, and the positive criticism with an even bigger smile. That being said I want to give a big THANK YOU to anyone who has tested Dyl’s Destiny so far and for all of the feedback. We appreciate you. Please look forward to an update tackling some of issue in previous versions.

With love,

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)
