This is the final content update for Ultimate Debauchery. No I won't be fixing any bugs or unbalanced stuff, get bent.

Added a new post-Yiff ending boss in the Stronghold. This boss hasn't been tested for balance :)
You can interact with the bed in Steve's House, maybe it does something?
