Feu de Joie: new serialized interactive fiction

I’ve started a new serialized interactive fiction project called Feu de Joie that, if you’re a fan of Solarium, you might enjoy. It takes as its starting point a selection of essays the fantasist Lord Dunsany composed about World War One. Historical horror, of sorts.

I’m really excited about this as it gets off the ground, working with a completely different cadence (both creative and publishing) than I’m used to.

I’ve also started a Patreon to help support this project. It is the first project that I’ve done where crowdfunding seemed to make sense, and Patreon seemed like a perfect fit for episodic content like this. (Briefly, unlike Kickstarter, which has a full goal that might be hit for the project to be funded, Patreon allows for smaller projects for episodic or ongoing projects.) It also gives a way for supporters interested in the project to deepen their involvement with it in some cool ways. Check it out if you’re interested.

New challenges & new effects!

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)
