FFA Gameplay Dump #1

Random rant about how much I lovehate this map in article.

I'll be honest, I don't really like some aspects of this map and like some others.

For one, this is a mishmash of Snowdin and Waterfall:

  • Long bridges, this time - Whole SECTIONS of them! (Element of Waterfall)

  • Large battlefields (Element of Snowdin)

  • Places to hide in (Element of Snowdin), but worse! Because you can ACTUALLY hide behind them.

What I love is how you get punished for roaming around. You have to strategically exploit what you definitely hate about the map to survive, which is basically FFA in of itself: If you roam around too much, people notice your habits, and exploit them.

Habits ranging from pathing, to movement, to even seeing how you think!

This map is a glorious presentation of what FFA is: Exploiting habits and what you dislike about the map, whether you like it or not, may be (or is!) necessary if you wanna power up.
