Have you ever had a truly special friend that wasn't a friend at all, but rather family? There once was a boy who didn't have such a friend... or any friends really. He was all alone in a world he felt he was a stranger in. He would go to school then to home. However, there were times he would stray off his route and go to his favorite spot in the woulds, where he truly felt like he belonged, however he ws still alone. 'Til one day, he had enough and decided if he can't make friends, he'll MAKE a friend. That's when Fiddlesticks was born, a most strange creature indeed. Fiddlesticks' hands and feet were made of twigs and leaves while the rest was flesh, bone and fur. The imaginary friend was so energetic, so wise, a perfect friend the boy dreamed of having. That day forward, they were the best of friends, well, so it seemed. As time passed, the boy grew, made some real friends and out grew poor Fiddlesticks. But Fiddlesticks refused to rid of so he hid for years in his and the boy's special spot in the woods. As time past, Fiddlesticks began to change as well. slowly changing into some sort of beast. Like the trees that surrounded him, his mind, heart and body rotted away. He still wait's in the woods, hoping for the boy to return. Hoping that the boy will bring his friends as well... so he could tear apart the thieves that stole his best friend. #Nightmare

Both the game and the TV show of The Last of Us have been praised for their depiction of Bill. In 2013, GLAAD described the game's Bill as being "as deeply flawed but wholly unique a gay character found in any storytelling medium this year."
