Hey everybody. Its been about a year since I've posted any new info about this game. The thing is, this game was just taking too much of my time. I'm not the greatest at developing and people probably expected much more out of this game than I could deliver. I was missing out on other things in life because I was sitting on my computer every day working on the game and still not making too much progress. I'm no pro developer and Afton Robotics was my first experience of coding a full-on game. Is the game cancelled? No. I just don't know when I will return for now. Maybe I'll try to help make a project in some way but for now, I don't think I can manage developing a whole game myself considering I'm only an 8th grader. I'd rather do other things in the meantime. I've still been working on my coding skills, but I haven't continued working on this game in half a year. One day, however, when I feel that I have the time, I will continue working on this game. I'm sorry to people I had contacted about working with on this game a couple years ago. It might be another year or two before this game, or any of my games continue. The game, is not cancelled, but put on hold. I genuinely forgot about posting something about where I'm at on GameJolt until today when I came to download some new games. I hope you people understand but practically nobody will see this because I killed the hype around my own game by not posting for a year! I know, its crazy, but I was just sick of doing this every day, wasting hours failing to code what I wanted to in the game, and ending with horrible results. At one point, I realized how much time I spent on the computer every day, and how little I talked to my IRL friends. That was when I just stopped. It will certainly be a while before you hear an update on this page again, considering the fact that I'm on summer break and I want to make the most of it. I don't want to spend hours on a computer by myself and go months without calling my friends. I never want to make that mistake again. When coding this game is something I enjoy doing again, I will return. Thank you for your time.
