The Bad News
Well, it's a painful announcement, but the game is officially canned. Progress has been at a standstill for a while now, and despite initial plans to resume development, I've ultimately made the decision to end the project.
I've been grappling with a lack of motivation to return to the game for quite some time. Opening the project file became a pain, as I'd find myself staring at it without the drive to make progress. Though I knew what needed to be done, the passion to do so had faded.
In addition to this, my external hard drive, which housed a significant portion of the game's assets, had died, Additionally, my Discord account was hacked, resulting in the loss of the development server. Given these setbacks and my lacking motivation, I believe it's the right time to let the game come to an end. I apologize to those who have been patiently waiting for updates.

What The Speed's Doin'
As for myself, I've decided to shift my focus to my original projects. Primarily, I compose music and share it on my YouTube and SoundCloud. I'm also working on an animated indie series called "Tempo's Trouble," which has been a labor of love for the past few years.
Regarding game development, while nothing is set in stone yet, I have an indie game idea that I've been meaning to share for some time. I hope you'll stick around for the announcement.
