I'm planning on redesigning Stefan since he looks like an alternate version of Oxser and looks a little too young in my opinion

I apologies if you can't unsee it but...

Dippy (the one that got his legs eaten by piranhas) has two mouths in the final chorus of the Dumb Ways to Die song...

He may look similar to his old design... but i replaced his shoes with boots just like Mendoza (from the Mysterious Cities of Gold)
