figured out how to connect my snes mini controller to my pc "wirelessly"

yes, DDX Redux will work on Windows XP (maybe 2000 i'm not sure)

Also 1.1 is hopefully almost done, need to fix two or three rooms that has problems in 4:3 mode, sort out the settings and 1.1 is ready
