Thanks to an idea from A Mythical Beast (@bluescar123) I now know what I must do. So I done did it.
I rearranged enemy placements so each floor provides a new challenge and I will add a special enemy that you only may encounter in rooms to provide an additional challenge there.
Also, Kyra still exists, so be on your guard… when the official update is released, that is :P
Preparing a CHAPTER 1 build right now. Just gotta wait for the game to compress.

I updated the Pie Sisters' sprites including Pinkamena. Next up is Maud.
The PIE SISTERS are now complete! Expect one to join at the start of CHAPTER 2!
Starbright's house (and crisper Ponyville default houses) completed!
v0.5.0 demo coming soon with the first portion of Chapter 2.
Currently tracing the Ponyville houses so I can give each resident a house whose colors match their own color scheme giving the player some sort of hint as to who lives there.
So by some odd coincidence the star image I'm using for the Demon's difficulty level just happens to be index #666... How fitting...
