Didn't got a perfect this time, I struggled a good lot while trying to learn how to perform certain moves I just found out you could do. I even tried several times at performing Shun Goku Satsu, but yeah I couldn't take advantage of him but he's quite viable.

Out of Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Sakura and Dan, Akuma is the most complex to learn, he's not as simple as Ryu, his supers are more difficult to learn, let alone master them. But once you learn how to play as him, you can take advantage of all he provides (and boy he has a full kit)

If I'm not wrong, he's a character who debuted in Street Fighter 1 and came back in Alpha 2, he's a Stance character too, so he's out of the most complex characters in the game. Just to compare, Akuma first appeared as a secret boss in Street Fighter II: Super Turbo, and came back for Alpha 1, also as a secret.

You can battle against Shin Akuma as a secret in Alpha 2, the requirements are quite specific:

Player 1 must use the default color (LP), if you are on the Player 2 side, you must use the secondary color (LK). Get to the final battle without losing any rounds, getting at least 3 Perfects and 5 Super or Custom Finishers.

You can also play as him in Alpha 2: Gold. Just highlight Akuma and press Start 5 times.
