In the beginning there's a spark in your head.

Sometimes the spark catches on fire, sometimes it just dissapear. And sometimes it can grow and grow like a cancer inside your head. The developer is a person who must know how to plan features , when to stop planning and start working, which parts of game develop, how to create final image from all the mess in the head. How to create beautiful puzzle out of bilion pieces.

The same thing happened to me, little spark of building game, unique, I never saw before anything like this. The idea started to grow, started to be more and more chaotic, papers began to stack.

In the last month i finished two games for game jams.. Game jam is a unique experience . It pushes you to think less and do more. But this is not the right way for a serious idea. Serious idea must be planned almost perfectly. All of the pieces of puzzle must fit in perfectly .. If any piece cant fit.. there will be something missing.

But after the planning of basic mechanics and basic gameplay( i will reveal them in the future devlogs ) I finally started to doing something. I decided to start on graphics , so I decided to download MagicaVoxel and start to create some art for game. In one evening i created columns and some basic bricks.

Nothing groundbreaking and everything is shining a little too much but for now it is working. I have in plan working on some ground textures and also ground Prefab where I can change, save and load highmaps.

Next article i will be talking a little more about how i solved terrain and also i will reveal more of the game mechanics.

Hope to see you soon

Fan art for Foolish I'm feeling kinda better so I drew this

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa MarĂa Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

Out of boredom and curiosity, I coded Sailor Jupiter's Argentine Backbreaker.
