The Lady and her Black Bird (it sounds better in French ahah)

An illustration I made for a zine we're making! Only part of it will be visible but I still thought it would be nice to clean the entire illustration !

(still hate drawing forests btw)

I had a call with my publisher, she was really happy with my sketch for the cover so I added colors now ! I absolutely love it and I'm glad I tried a night version because I think it really add to the magic

The whole project (and this specific image) is actually inspired by a place I visited with a friends during vacations

first batch of color variants done, forgot to post last night

i think imma start changing up the outfits so i dont get bored of this

second batch will come later

Added colors to this sketch and now I'm testing out stuff with the title !

Maybe I'll try a cursive font, I usually hate them but it might work well with this project

I went with a cursive fond and retouched the colors a bit ! I honestly really love this sketch ahah
