It has been brought to my attention that the game isn't fully loading for some people. This may have something to do with the window size, so, I've gone ahead and released a quick patch to add an option to change the window size. The game should also automatically start in windowed mode. I am so sorry for the inconvenience!
Press alt+enter to change between windowed and fullscreen mode!
