Hello welcome to the first post in this thing!
I've just finished this promo art after a week of work i hope you enjoy it :)

and with that here's what we've got done so far:

• Decided on all major character roles, shopkeepers, enemies and some NPCs, I believe we'll do the rest as we go along

• Decided on area replacements

• Finished all naming easter eggs [They've been replaced for the most part and there's a LOT of new ones!]

• Finished most of Ballkeeper sprites [All the ones needed for the intro]

• Finished all save point dialogue [This one's not in-game yet]

• Updated game page!

  To finish for the intro at the moment :

• make Azure sprites

• replace Flowey's intro dialogue for Ballkeeper's

• make game intro art [Replaced story text is done]

• make more sprites in general [AXBSXSNJ!!!!!]

  We've been deciding on other stuff as we go but we're doing well!

There's a lot of us to begin with so we've been making a lot of progress + the fact this is a shitpost for fun, but none of us know how to music and I personally only know how to mess with MIDIs since CROB has a lot of those from before Season 6, sooooo we might have to find someone who can actually do music LMAO

We might be good on the art front though, as I said there's a lot of us working on this
