This will have nothing to do with any real life traumatic events or anything, or even contain any sexual material, it has to do with very gory subject matter and if you don't like it, then stay away from it or just play it at your own risk because it's not meant for the faint of heart. It's going to be a very gory and bloody version of the original game, with very intense and bloody game over cutscenes and screens, hence why it's titled not safe for life
