The ability is called: "Diminish Dasher"!

Tactic: As the Security Guard, Silent can use Roseate Flourish Lefty Sonic Mask
to fool him.
Also, if Silent has with her the Item: Mega Giga Superb Console.
She can give it to Mecha Toy Sonic to take up gaming and leave Silent alone...
until the batteries are out of charge.
