Dr. Golden "Preparation" is simple a Golden Sonic possessed by Dr. EGGMAN'S Spirit .
He took a fully control over the poor Yellow Hedgehog.
Golden Sonic's Soul is not only trapped inside of his own body, but has been absorbed as well by the Evil Mastermind.

Fun Fact: Abdominal wound on Dr. EGGMAN'S belly is the result of a previous event that happened in the original FNaS 3.
Salvage Sonic took a revenge, then Classic Dr. EGGMAN'S Spirit moved to the husk of given up Golden Sonic and then he possessed him.
