pop up from nowhere before "The Player".
If he stare at "The Player" for too long. He will laugh so hard that can lure
the rest bunch of the Characters to "The Player"!!!
Everyone in the Building will definitely hear that!
Anddddd... of course he will try to catch "The Player" when he laughs.
To Avoid that, whenever he shows up.
"The Player" must say as soon as possible at him quick: "I have found you, Ian!".
Then he will retreat! Disappearing randomly to one of the Rooms in the Building.
"The Player" can also more or less know when Spectrum Ian will appear again.
When "The Player" uses the phone while browsing the Rooms.
The words will emerge: "I am Searching for you! I will Find you! Ha Ha Ha HA!
