(fixed) Anyone know any help to this? i'm using a guide by CG geek to try and make a 3D model, but when i used booltool (a addon to blender) to turn all my meshes into a union i got this.

That's actually kind of crazy. I wasn't keeping count at all.
I was on holiday for a little while and found an old drawing I photographed on my phone. So I used IBIS paint to draw over it and finish the drawing fully. This is the result!
