Fixed pixel movement bug... was framerate dependent, so if your monitor wasn't 144hz it was too slow to work correctly (tick would update per screen refresh). Has been tested to work on other refresh rates now!

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
