Flappy Sanic Adventure 0.1.5 Update


Things done and fixed below

  • Added a (hopefully) working menu screen, only with “play” as option at the moment. Press esc to pause the game, press play to resume it again.

  • Fixed so coins dont re-spawn every time you re-enter a room

  • Fixed so the door to room 3 actually requires the key from room 2

There is nothing beyond room 3 at the moment but im planning for a shop so you can gear up for the next room with the coins that you collected.

Notice that you are supposed to lose all your coin upon death, so if you want max amount of coins for the shop (when it actually exits) you have to collect all of them without dying.

Also changed every (i think) sonic mentioned anywhere so i dont end up getting screwed by Sega.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
