I needed to get back into smooth art cause I was starting to lose my sketching skills.
6 hours of work, my hands are sore af
This has got to be the best thing I've ever made in photoshop! It made me use the most effects and layers I've ever used in one piece of art! (20 layers btw)
This helped me experiment with lots of effects like on the eyes (not the red things), with the outlines closer to the light source being white and some random glow effects!

The only thing that sucks is that the outline on him is too thick, cause I was trying to copy the art style of that Knuckles animated cut scene from the game.
If I got anything wrong about Fleetway sorry, when I was drawing him it was from my memory of what Fleetway looks like.
