She is one of the Queen Purpura's loyal followers, she has the power to teleport, and she is also able to grant some wishes.

She tends to be very positive, silly, and crazy, but she always wants to help.

She helps Rio get to the queen's castle during the pacifist route.

Fights alongside Queen Purpura during the genocide route.
