Overview:
This is a fairly big of an update, but it's full of QoL and enhancements to the background stuff, not really the gameplay itself, that's why I hesitated to call it 6.0. Hope you'll enjoy what it brings regardless!
General additions:
- Added highly random corridor decorations.
- Changed the party zone's wall texture.
- Added MOST the posters from the community 'contest'. (There's over 60!). Sorry for not adding all of them! Expect the next patch to contain the next bunch.
- Added first-person hands to the nightguard while he's carrying items.
- Tips on the roundstart menu are now switchable upon a click, and there's much more of them.
- Implemented an Updater to update the game on the spot. Starting from the next version, you will not need to open Gamejolt to update FP.
- TVs have a random small chance of going off with some static noise.
- NotSignedInUsers now also get a number (NotSignedInUser1, NotSignedInUser2 etc).
- Kicking players as a host is now possible straight from the player list.
- Each role now gets a relevant-keybinds overview in the downright corner. They fade to being barely-visible-at-all after 40s pass. Can be toggled off in settings>preferences.
- Keybinds were removed from role info menus.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed Foxy's mid-low chance to not recognize a wall upon impact.
- Fixed Foxy's spectator view not having his respective vision hue.
- Fixed numerous broken achievements.
Rebalances:
- Foxy does not get slowed down anymore upon impact with a wall. "system error" effect stays on, but it's now only a visual.
- (in Balance Manager) Decreased the max possible Foxy's Dash cooldown from 10s to 5s.
- Increased the max brightness cap (meaning you can now go higher with your brightness). Default brightness was upped as well (will only affect new players).
- Lowered the default mouse sensitivity (to something more normal).
- Notably decreased the amount of screen-edge-darkening (vignette) that all animatronics (except for chica) get.
