It is rumored that game developers working on a Fazbear Frights game copied files from an old circuit board they found, birthing this digital being.
After mind-controlling one game dev to mutilate themselves and then brainwashing another, it was able to escape into the outside world, where it is still presumably at large.
No one knows what exactly it's after, as it never talks about itself, if it can talk at all, but those that are controlled by it seem to follow the same modus operandi as the Purple Man, that is, murdering people and hiding their bodies in animatronic plushsuits. Could it be trying to recreate the Cult of Fazbear for a new millennium?
