My design of Bonnie (and Freddy) is inspired by Kosperry's Don Bluth-style designs of them, which is among my favorite takes on them. As such, Bonnie is much slimmer than his canonical depiction.
In my AU, Bonnie is normally very timid, but he goes BERSERK if you mention Toy Bonnie in his presence. The younger rabbit had done nothing but pick on Bonnie during Freddy's brief 1987 run, and on the day of TB's decommissioning, Bonnie personally ripped off TB's left arm to replace his own missing arm. He took great pleasure in doing so.
He also does not like it when his guitar strings snap, which happens often due to Fazbear ordering cheap strings instead of splurging on a more durable brand.
My headcanon is that he's voiced by Carlos Alazraqui due to his design.
As for the guitar, I was going to give him a Flying-V until I found out that it was retconned due to copyright issues. To be honest, I don't know much about musical instruments, so to me, every electric guitar is a Flying-V.
