The gold mastery skin unlocked by levelling up any character to 5 stars. Once 5 stars are achieved, the character is essentially mastered.
This might be pushed back to 3.0.1 as well as the B-Sides, but as of right now I'd love to implement this for people who put the work in to master their character!
