10 years later and I finally got around to finishing this part of the AU! Thanks for all the support guys and your patience as I go through my BS. I don’t want to keep this intro to long (mostly because I don’t have much to say) so let’s-a get going with the story shall we?

Fall of SHPP Act 1 (2022):

Mario woke up on the stage with Clones Sonic the Hedgehog and Amy Rose missing. Out of curiosity, he decides to go searching for him through the seemingly unfamiliar hallways. Unfortunately his search was cut short as a familiar mustached man, and before he had the chance to run away, he was sliced in half. Eventually Mario’s disappearance caught the attention of Yoshi who began her search, before eventually encountering Eggman. She tried her best to shout for help, before being silenced through Decapitation. The faint sound of screaming reached the Fox in the cove, who like the others before him, proceeded to search through the hallways for his friends. He was eventually stabbed in the head through his only good eye. The Duo, Mighty and Ray tried searching through an alternate route not believing Sonic or Amy was down the hallway the rest went through. However their efforts were just as unsuccessful as Mighty was Blasted by Bullets and Ray was locked in the Kitchen’s industrial freezer. The last one was the brave clone Luigi, he went down the same path as his brother, eventually walking in on his friends corpses. As Luigi tried running back to report the incident, he was countered by Eggman. Not wanting to suffer the same fate as his friends, he tripped Eggman over with his hat and ran the other direction. Unfortunately he was eventually knocked over and locked in the oven to burn to death. It would only be a matter of time before the Hedgehogs would follow through…

Fall of SHPP Act 2 (2023):

Within the backstage of a new SHPP, Sonic awoken in a room unfamiliar to him. Taking a look around, he was hoping to find a familiar face, but all he saw was spare parts and outfits and no friend in sight. The only thing he could do is wander around the parts and service area while looking around. As he explored the area, he began to hear the sound of someone trying to defend themselves and, because of that, he began to run and follow the sounds hoping he would find someone. Eventually Sonic found the source of the sound, being Amy being beaten up by a broken down version of Toy Sonic, believing that she damaged his friends. Sonic tried getting in and stop him, however, Withered Toy Sonic then glitched out and changed his belief to being Sonic broke his friends. “Y-YOU DID IT! ELIMINATE! ELIMINATE!” Sonic was then badly beaten up, even losing his arm and having his stomach ripped open. Withered Toy Sonic was ready to fully finish him off when Amy recovered enough to deactivate him temporarily. Sonic then got back on his feet as the Cloning Material from his missing arm began reforming into a blade. As they continued to “heal”, they left the backstage and wandered the building looking for their other friends, believing that they could help them. Unfortunately, once they entered the main hallway, they found the corpses of their friends lying lifelessly on the floor. As Sonic mourned the loss of his fallen gang, Eggman slowly walked up to him, explaining the reason why he did this in the first place, being for revenge after all the pain and trouble the franchise had caused him throughout the years. But Before Eggman got to finish him off, Sonic stabbed Eggman in the chest with his newly formed blade and left his body to rot.

 Terror Halls buys SHPP (2025):

Soon after the closure of Pixel Robotics, a Horror attraction company called to purchase the rights to the Sonic Heroes Pizza Palace brand, with new and interesting ideas to implement. The company only had contacted Max Boswell once before obtaining the rights to the franchise. Max wanted to move on considering the fact he lost everything and had nothing left so when he got the offer from Terror Halls, his only option was to take it and the moment he did, he left the town and never looked back. Now that they had the license for SHPP, Terror Halls can implement some new ideas that will change the way SHPP is seen by the world…

FNaS 3 (2027):

Within the walls of Sonic’s Horror Land, a Modern version of Sonic the Hedgehog was tasked to look after the place from 12-8AM while also being forced to defend himself using the buildings camera and audio system and an old Mask from the Second SHPP location, He wasn’t allowed to actually fight any of the clones or animatronics due to Terror Halls not wanting to risk them being in a worse condition than they already were. Alongside that, The Phantoms also worked to disable the buildings systems making it easier for someone to try and kill the Hedgehog. However, Sonic continued to persevere through the nights as his real plan was to gather items and burn the place down to hopefully end the nightmare and avenge Amy Rose after her “disappearance” all those years ago. As the week progressed, Sonic was able to gather more items and learned about the buildings faulty wiring giving him the idea to use it as a conductor to burn the place down. Meanwhile, a decaying Golden Sonic had learned of his plan and was not about to let him out alive. Near the end of the last shift, Sonic was finally ready to let this nightmare burn down and had an escape route all planned out for him, He lit up a match, tossed it into the wiring and began running. As he ran through his escape route, he watched as the animatronics were all crushed one by one in the falling rubble, but before he could make it out the door, Golden Sonic Suddenly grabbed him by the leg and pulled him back, before immediately being countered by the two Clones remaining: Salvage Sonic and Salvage Amy. They then tossed Golden Sonic aside and pushed the real hedgehog out the door before being crushed by the falling ceiling. As Sonic saw the building coming down, he looked up and saw the Phantoms flying into the sky, now free from their captivity, they were finally able to move on. In that moment, Sonic simply gave a warm smile, and began running back to his homeland.

Yeah, that’s really the main reason (other than procrastination and character drawing) why this part of the AU was so delayed. I just wanted to make this story as good as I can make it with how I’ve been planning things out for the AU. You guys wanna know something? The original version of the AU strived more on quantity than quality (having about 230 characters wasn’t the best idea looking back), Now I’m actually working more towards Quality over quantity even if it does mean chapters take a while to develop. So I really want to thank you guys for your patience and not trying to rush me, I really appreciate it.
Alright I kept you waiting long enough, here’s a basic rundown of the characters.

Salvage Sonic + Amy:

I’ll get started by saying that Salvage Sonic is mostly similar to his OG counterpart except I did try to make things unique by giving him a Cloning Material Blade, Which to explain it’s existence is due to Salvage losing a lot of blood to the point where the actual material started leaking out to try and reform his limb and failing. As For Salvage Amy, She is an entirely original design containing a similar failed reformed limb and possessing a massive scar on her eye from the incident prior to FNaS 3.

Withered Toys:

Similar to Salvage Sonic, most of the Withered Toy animatronics are similar to their original counterparts with more withering. Withered Taingle and Withered Balloon Toad are probably the most withered out of the bunch and Withered Toy Cream is an original design and Fun Fact: W.T. Cream is mostly blind due to major damage being in her vision systems.

Phantoms:

Now the Phantoms bear little resemblance to their original counterparts. In their designs I really tried to emphasize their decay and methods of demise with Glowing X’s symbolizing how they were killed with Mario being Sliced in half, Yoshi being Decapitated, and Tails being stabbed in the head through his eye. I also kinda wanted the decay to represent a part of their character in some way With Yoshi slowly becoming a Fossil and Tails looking like he stepped out of Davy Jones’ locker.

Strings and Withered Luiginette:

(Yes they are getting their own section because why not) Now this is a very peculiar case because they’re their own original concept. The three remaining phantoms, unlike the first three where they all indirectly kill the Night guard by disabling certain systems, They all try to directly kill them by controlling the body of the Luiginette and no one person solely controls him, they each take turns with one controlling the main body and the other two floating alongside acting as the “Strings” of the Luiginette (hence the name).

’27 Golden Sonic:

Now I don’t really have much to say about this one other than the fact that I slightly changed the eyes a little bit to try and make him more “insane” and threatening and I spiked out a few loose quills to show how untamed the Golden Hedgehog is becoming overtime.

Ørymizu_NULL:

This one is another special case because unlike the rest of the cast, Ørymizu_NULL is based on a Good friend of mine who has supported me and my work even before I began uploading my AU to Social Media. They have also even contributed to the AU in the form of a character that you’ll see in a later chapter. So because of the support they’ve given me through the years, I dedicated a special version of their Sona for the AU. Well that concludes another Chapter in the AU. Once again I’m going to take a short intermission to work on other projects that I will most likely show off when the AU is near completion, I do hope that, once the AU has its curtain fall, you guys will still be around to support me and my projects even if they aren’t FNaS Related. Forgotten’s Uprising (2023):

Back in Pixel Robotics, Forgotten had been spying in the shadows, seeing the state of the Clones and Animatronics that were left to rot, Giving him enough reasons to build up an army to take down Pixel Robotics from within. When people least suspected it, Forgotten snuck into the storage units talking to the abandoned ones and giving them the idea of Rebellion and how, through their combined strengths, they would take down Max Boswell and the Pixel Robotics Staff for the way they’ve neglected their incomplete creations. This enlightened the defects and agreed to join Forgotten Sonic in his uprising, cheering him on as their Forgotten King. The uprising started very subtly with the Clones and Animatronics tampering with important equipment and messing up production. This eventually built up to them breaking systems entirely and disabling important essentials for the employees such as keycard readers and security locks. While the Rebels were working their “Magic” Forgotten planned to do a little handiwork himself…

Downfall of Pixel Robotics (2025):

The Uprising to take down Pixel Robotics’ staff had been getting stronger and stronger by the day, soon the abandoned ones started actually attacking various employees as a threat to upper management. However Max Boswell decided to fight back and increased safety measures drastically, even giving Employees weapons to fend them off. Forgotten Sonic then decided that they would unleash an all out attack on Pixel Robotics, believing that they would never take down his army, while he went after Max Boswell himself. On the morning of June 21st, The Abandoned Army unleashed their wrath on Pixel Robotics at their weakest and unprepared state. As Forgotten had planned, the Staff were unable to defeat his army, However, they eventually retreated and regrouped, allowing them time to come up with a plan and fight back. The war eventually spread throughout the building blocking Forgotten from getting to Max. Because of this, He began his backup plan, went to the Cloning Machines room, and using the computer installed inputted every clone into one machine. Due to Cloning Overload, the machine blew open and the beast he dubbed Abominus rose from the damage. With his newfound creation, Forgotten tore through the battlefield and reached the office of Max Boswell, ready to pay him back the pain and suffering he had given Forgotten. Max tried to grab a gun to shoot him down but the sight of the Forgotten One’s strength and what he turned into had froze him in fear. Just as Forgotten was ready to finish him off, his creator, Lisa Mekanikku, stopped him in his tracks. She tried reaching out past the cold machine and to her beloved child within the Hedgehog’s metal Endoskeleton, believing she still could fix him and give him and the rest of the abandoned ones a better life, if he only stopped the madness. And for a moment, the cold machine felt a sense of kindness and compassion, and began to reach for his creator, ready to join her for a chance at a better life… BANG! Lisa had then been shot in the chest and fell over. Forgotten, letting out a mournful scream, stared at the Max Boswell and the smoke coming from his gun. Max tried to tell him it was an accident, and that he never meant to shoot her, But Forgotten only saw it as a lie and called him a traitor, before letting Abominus loose to tear him apart. Max ran through the hallways sealing every door shut for a chance at survival. He barely made it out alive and never looked back, and why would he? The rest of the staff had either fallen or left while they still had a chance, His best friend and work partner was killed, the Abandoned ones rebellion was a success, and the last trace of the once kind animatronic entertainer had vanished.
