FNaTI theory : This is not PNM.This could be True Mickey or someone else

So I realised that Mickey doesn’t look very inky.Acroding to @Bonster-Original,he says that isn’t PNM because that mouse isn’t very inky in this teaser so it could be True Mickey but who knows ;) wait couldn’t this be Jake?
