so here is how you can play on android:

Step 1: Download Joiplay and RPG Maker Plugin for Joiplay

Step 2: Download The Game

Step 3: Extract the game, and Open Joiplay

Step 4: Hit the + thing

Step 5: Type any game name

Step 6: Hit the "Choose" button, and go to the games folder and hit the game.exe

Step 7: you're done
