Neither under their posts nor shouts nor dm

Especially it's about insulting, if you do it, then it just shows your inability to hold your emotions and process this information without them, additionally making the situation even worse!!!

I already talked with this person, in normal way in dm

and they will try to get better in future which i really hope will actually happen.
