No, I will not be developing Jeffy Game Mania, that game is cancelled before it got started and has been cancelled for a while now. I MAY work on Jeffy Game Anniversary at some point after I get done with Twitchy Pop: The Game, but only when I'm motivated enough to make another on a large scale, plus I don't have as much interest in SML anymore, haven't watched them for some time now. Also, don't expect Jeffy Game Anniversary to be made at all.
