Short teaser for UT Rework

Working on the special stages. ( Also took ages to get this 3D framework to run in clickteam )

Underwater Ruin overhaul. ( Also added sounds for when tails walks on dead animals )

Special stage update 2. Better lighting, new skybox , jumping added, and the camera has been fixed to some extent

Ok. Got substantial work done. So for the first major teaser, here is a camera.
