Free Demo Is Released!


I finally managed to figure out how GameJolt works (been a while since I last used it) and made the Asylum Jam demo for Unkindness downloadable.

Unkindness is “A Horror Tale in Shades of Red”. Presented in the infamous Virtual Boy’s original palette, it tells the story of a little mute girl who finds herself trapped underground during a strange incident. Will she make it out alive?

The demo created in 48 hours for Asylum Jam uses temporary audio assets and only shows off the rough start of the game, to give a taste of what’s to come. I hope you enjoy it!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
