THE TASER
Given the nature of the game, you're bound to get caught in a bad spot from time to time. You could be surrounded in a small area! Fortunately, you've got a brand new tool to rely on for those tight situations. The taser will stun your enemies for a few seconds, allowing you to slip by free of damage! But be wary, the battery needs a recharge every now and then. You'll have to leave the taser in the office while it charges, so be strategic with your uses!
NEW POINT SYSTEM FEATURE: RESTRICTED ROOMS
Your robot adversaries are mostly lawful to their programming, so they wouldn't wanna go places they aren't allowed. With the addition of restricted rooms for enemies, I can prevent them from naturally wandering into places they don't belong! If you can learn these spots through observing their behavior and plan around it, you'll have a much easier time surviving!
SMALL LIGHTING TWEAKS
I decided it might help add to the atmosphere of my game if some rooms have different lighting. Below are three examples of the lighting in rooms (the rooms are still highly unfinished!!).



That's about all I have for this week! I feel like I got a pretty decent amount of things ready, so I'm hoping to work towards playtesting soon. I still want to rework the navigation some (because the robot is stupid) and i want to add some smaller tweaks like step-assist, so look forward to that in the future! See you next Friday!
