This AU(?) change events by adding some characters more and of course making them young adults around 18 & 21.

"Let's do it again, shall we? My name's Katherine Jones and I live here, in NYC. At the beginning I thought I was alone but I remembered I had my cousin Casey around the streets so... we usually go for some crime and do art 'round, I never forget April, such a good friend and unique... 'til soon enough, 5 years later? All my life changed... forever.

You may ask yourself "What is this gal working? You're on your own?" yeah yeah, I'm on my own... more or less. I live with my mother, 2 years ago my father left home for another woman so it's only the two of us. HA! If you think she's the one paying the bills... WRONG, PUNK! I AM THE ONE! And you may wonder... what is my job? Eh... it's not a job, technically. I participate in illegal fighting tournaments, basically street fights to win money, a grand prize... or... I directly steal some wallets. One day... I was about to win... until the turtles came out to stop the fight, I didn't know why! Neither I would know what the hell were those guys but it wasn't mah first time spotting a mutant - ANYWAY. Who would have thought that their intentions were to rescue me from being brainwashed by the Foot Clan? YEAH, that was the tournament's grand prize! But of course... I am not that smart, I left my studies.

Our introduction wasn't... really nice, blood here, punch there, kick here and my jacket flew off for me to fight more comnfortable- But someone got a bit too jaw dropped by my physic, it's hard to see a muscular woman these days or what? Anyway, I'm proud of myself. And well- Raphael left with a nice sai stab in my right shoulder... such a cute memory. Our next introduction- because we gotta restart- was in the middle of a fight against the Kraang, I had to protect April, I didn't know how important she is!

In other words, we started again, better. And they... became the best friends I ever had... they take care of me, master Splinter is... a huge help for me; Leonardo is such a freak- but his very protective with his brothers and that's something I respect; Michelangelo is the best partner in crime I had and I can't wait for our next stupidity together, he's such a jokester and despite his clown attitude... he can bring you the most pure and reassuring hug you could ever feel; Donatello hates me so much HA! Just because I'm a bad influence but he still keeps bandaging and clearing my wounds like a brother, he's nice; and well... Raphael, y'know the song "Hot N Cold"? Yeah, more or less, it's just that... we never had a real argument besides trying to kill each other for literal fun, the most hothead and grumpy hides a sensitive side and a heart of gold; and of course- Casey is not happy about it, I hope someday we could solve that part.

I tend to rescue them when they need backup, I'm always there for them, even if I have to fight Shredder for it (Experience), they also help me even if I don't ask them, it's kinda weird the feeling, sometimes I wonder... if we had an argument... If I do something super wrong... would they be there for me anyway? Even if my life depends on it? Who knows...

I have more friends but that's a story for another time... Now? Now I'm stuck in my room, unable to leave, right after the best night I had last night celebrating that we all saved the world from a Kraang Invasion, and my mother only thought that I was leaving her behind like my dad did than think clearly of the hard situation we were living. She's not even happy that I am still here... breathing. I hope I could see them again, I hope I could see HIM again. God I miss the good times man..."
