In Neutral, you fight him as Omega Flowey
In Genocide, he kills Asgore, then begs you not to kill him
So simply put, he's the last monster you encounter before the end of the route, in one form or another

i do usually do this unless i have a good reason not to
like if i previously had bad history with that person, or they're ban evading with an alt, or in general breaking Gamejolt rules
either way, unless i have a good reason to not do this, i support them
