If you edit the “beat” value in the data group located in the game’s save file to be 5, the game will display hidden stars.
These stars are thought to be from story mode and beating night 1 in TSFH. However, this Easter - Egg existed before story mode was a thing.
At least when there where nights… Not v0.01…
