I know it's been a while since I posted an update for this game, or anything really. The game is still in development and is still aiming for a 2026 release date. When it will drop is something I cannot estimate at the moment.

I also wanted to announce that after this fifth installment for Nightmare at Charles is done, I will be stepping down as a game developer and focusing on my channel in the future. Being a YouTuber and game dev at the same time has been increasingly difficult in recent times, and it's gotten to a point where It's time for me to move on. What does this mean for future appearances for Charles Rabbit and his friends? Well, if by chance they did appear in a new game, it wouldn't be made by me. But I would still act as an executive, and the game itself would NOT be tied in with the lore since it will be concluding with Funfair Fright. (I think a VR game for Charles would be cool, or maybe even an RPG-style game. But those are far beyond my capabilities.)
