When you go to dollar tree and see a car illegally parked in the fire lane.

Me: says "why are you parked there" from across the parking lot.

Also me: Lets it go and goes into the dollar tree to purchase some water flavor packets.

2 minutes later

Driver of said car: Finds me in store. You weren't talking to me were you?

Me: Yes, you're blocking a fire lane which illegal, didn't you know that.

Him: That's my gym and i'm just picking something up

Me: your ticket not mine

Him: walks away

Me: continues browing flavor packets

1 minute later

Him: walks back to me and says "I'm well aware of the law, I'm a shieriff (shows me his shieriff ID)

Me: okay have a good one

Him: you too (walks out)

Dude, if you're blocking a fire lane you're in the wrong. Yes he was a sheriff. Off duty, out of uniform, and in his personal vehicle parked in the fire lane illegally.
