Javier is the most angriest one of the Cartoon Buddies, always having a short temper and anger issues. His anger can lead him to villainous acts he makes, such as haunting, threatening, murdering and killing. Bet his teammates would try to calm him down as it's necessary. Javier's madness can drive him irritated, furious and insane, believing violence can always solve everything.
