

Futuristic city with and without Unreal Engine default lighting system (that will be changed later). Indeed, one of our goals is to escape the "Unreal Engine generic look" that game UE games have.

Simple texture variation tip: create a RGB noise pixel mask, each pixel will be a tile, create variations of the texture and assign then to color channels.
