Fixed weapons sometimes not being able to shoot
Fixed the max hp bar value not updating correctly sometimes
Fixed brittle dagger description saying it decreases hp by 4 when it's actually 3
Fixed a bug where you could heal while the game is paused
Fixed a bug where some dev keybinds were still allowed
Fixed shaped bullets damage scaling being infinite unintentionally
Fixed shockwaves being misaligned with the player in some circumstances
Fixed the railgun getting insane firerate with liquid cooling (unintended)
Fixed H.E.C.T.O.R scaling with liquid cooling (unintended, this is a slip up from my firerate system rewrite in the last update)
Some performance fixes, hopefully.
