Okay, I’ve basically rebuilt Project Wheels.
I went through all the scripts and got rid of all the redundant stuff, and re did all scripts and made them really good!
What I’ve redone:
Upgraded Unity to 5.3.2
Moved it to a clean, new project
Physics system
Lighting
Modelling
New map
Everything
New color system
Scripts
Smashable objects
So as you can see, it’s a pretty big change, and I’ve also gone through the profiler to see everything that’s using the CPU. And so far, so good. Now, some of you, the game can’t run well because of “too much physics”, or “CPU frying blocks”, just upgrade your PC! I can make the game optimized, but I can’t make it run on your Pentium II.
Thanks for playing Project Wheels! And I hope we can see some progress coming!
