Changes and Improvements

The helicopter camera now isn't following the helicopters rotation anymore
Changed brightness and strobe speed slider values in the Video Manager
Changed some free cam quick positions and adjusted them to the depending arrow keys properly
The cursor now automatically locks and unlocks itself
Raised the maximum capacity of people for some stages

Fixes

Fixed bug that you could move back the ceiling construction of the Nordic Stage before it has finished its movement
Fixed bug that you could leave the Specta Stage by jumping on the fence
Fixed bug that the front curtains still appear when changing the curtains at the Emblyn Stage
Fixed bug that the helicopter camera isn't freezing when opening a window
Fixed bug that you could not dim the brightness of the video screens of the Nordic Stage ceiling construction
