Game Update #7 – New Graphics and Lots of News

Hello everyone,
I would like to share some development news with you once again. A lot has changed over the past period of time, and I truly believe it has been for the better. The game and the entire project are moving forward, even though I must admit it’s happening more slowly than I would personally like. This is mostly my own fault — the game gradually grew in scope and went through many changes both visually and in terms of story.

I constantly feel the need to improve things, which may sound nice, but on the other hand, it often becomes a problem that prevents me from properly finalizing content and bringing things to a successful conclusion.
That said, overall the game is developing very well. As the end of the year approaches, I would also like to take a brief moment to reflect on this year of development.

The project has changed significantly over time. It originally started as a small game that was meant to offer mostly standard FNaF-style gameplay, but over time a much larger story and many new characters began to form around it. Some of them were removed from the final version, while others went through redesigns of their appearance or personality.

In the early stages of development, I tried to create the game entirely on my own. However, that changed once I realized I was unable to properly finish anything or stay focused on everything related to the project. I decided to start building a team — mainly a programmer and voice actors. I am happy to say that I managed to assemble a team some time ago.

Current Foxtrot Development Team:

Buby – Programmer
astroquality – Voice Actor
danielpeck94 – Voice Actor
Lui – Voice Actor
HaydenMIGHT – Voice Actor
Jack Verhage – Voice Actor

In the upcoming period, the game will undergo many changes and improvements, especially on the visual side. I am reworking a large number of models — the most significant change being the new animatronic models. Many environment assets are also being updated. I believe these changes will make the game more visually appealing and overall more immersive for players.

In the near future, you will also see a series of updates here on Game Jolt. I plan to gradually replace the current materials with new ones and share more development previews. I believe this will help increase activity on the game’s page while also motivating me to push development further and complete more parts of the project.

To finish off, I’m attaching several development images along with a preview of some of the new models.

Thank you for reading, and I wish you all a wonderful New Year. 🎆
