That’s correct, you can now play Galaticus with an Xbox 360 Gamepad on either the Flash or Windows versions!
You should be able to use the Left Analog Stick, D-Pad, A, B, Start and Back buttons for in-game controls, as well as the trigger buttons for toggling fullscreen.
To note, while you can use the D-Pad and/or analog stick for the gameplay, you can only use the D-Pad for menu navigation.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
